- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and maintain knowledge of radiation therapy methods and processes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Radiation Therapy
- Certification for Basic Life Saver (BLS)-C
- Licensed with Saskatchewan Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (SAMRT)
- Membership with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
- Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
- Ability to perform a range of Radiation Therapy methods and processes
- Moderate judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret detailed information and communicate effectively
- Human relations skills to develop formal relationships of a therapeutic nature
