About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at SUN STAR KITCHEN CABINETS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-precision parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and charts to understand production requirements.
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, ensuring high-quality finishes.
  • Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances, maintaining accurate inspection records.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-precision parts.
  • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
