About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at SUN STAR KITCHEN CABINETS LTD. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings: Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure precise machining.
  • Setup and Adjust Production Machinery: Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to achieve optimal performance.
  • Fitting and Assembling Components: Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, ensuring high-quality finishes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances, maintaining accurate inspection records.
  • Inspection and Verification: Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments, ensuring accuracy and conformance to specifications.
  • Operating Machine Tools: Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
