Retail Store Manager

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage store finances.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail software applications.
- 30-40 hours per week.
- Permanent full-time position.
- English language required.
