Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at ROGAMI SERVICES LIMITED. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
  • Assist with medical procedures, such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and providing wound care.
  • Support patients with their physical and emotional needs, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
