Make a Difference in Mental Health

Homewood Health is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at Ravensview, a leading mental health and addiction treatment center in Canada. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing client-centered treatment and recovery-oriented support to individuals struggling with mental health and addiction issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct assistance with symptom management and facilitate an optimally supportive environment
  • Advocate for clients and promote self-advocacy and client self-determination
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless services and programs
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work
  • Registration with the College of Social Workers
  • Training and experience in CBT, CPT, and DBT
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective computer skills and strong report writing skills
