We are a reputable company providing top-notch plumbing and heating services to our valued clients. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Heating and Plumbing Business Developer to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, assessing their needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, and preparing and administering sales contracts. The role also involves providing input into product design where necessary, consulting with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, resolving product and service-related problems, and estimating costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Identification and Sourcing: Identify and solicit potential clients through various channels, including referrals, online advertising, and industry events.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Recommendation: Assess clients' needs and resources to recommend the most suitable products or services that meet their requirements.
  • Sales Contract Preparation and Administration: Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring all necessary details are included and agreements are reached.
  • Product Design Input: Provide input into product design where necessary, ensuring products meet clients' specific needs and requirements.
  • Client Support and Service Resolution: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, resolve product and service-related problems, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service, ensuring transparency and accuracy in pricing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of plumbing and heating services.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional growth and development.
