- Procedure Development: Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Team Management: Supervise and train office support staff, delegate tasks, and ensure procedures are followed.
- Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to record release and access to information.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in preparing the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and oversee payroll administration.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, and perform data entry.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
