We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team at 100 Reasons Y. As an IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and assistance to our staff and members.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to staff and members, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
- Helpdesk Support: Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- System Administration: Administer and maintain our IT systems, including desktops, laptops, and network infrastructure.
- Network Support: Provide support for our network infrastructure, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that our IT systems and data are secure and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and software.
- Education: Post-secondary education in IT or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in IT support and technical services.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA.
