Job Title: Functional Consultant

Vitosha Craft Inc is seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and document them to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions meet their business needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet our clients' requirements.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to our clients.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to our clients after the sale.
  • Execute and document the results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Assistance with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, such as housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing.
  • Support for social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, including facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
  • Recruitment of newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours per week.
