Job Title: Functional Consultant

Vitosha Craft Inc is seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that are efficient, effective, and scalable.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years, or equivalent experience.
Work Setting:
