Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at KP Group Ventures Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet the needs of the department.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source and purchase equipment and supplies as needed, ensuring that the department has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that the department's needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
