We are seeking a senior marketing director to lead our marketing efforts for our Prestige and Mass Brands in the Canadian Market. This individual will be responsible for overseeing our overall marketing strategy for Canada, including developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
This role requires a seasoned marketing leader who can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, communicate effectively across multiple functions, and think strategically to translate vision into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth and increase penetration for our Mass & Prestige brands in the Canadian market.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales, Lead Market (Global) Marketing Teams, and other key stakeholders to align local plans to global strategy and ensure seamless execution of GTM plans.
- Brand Identity Management: Oversee brand identity, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels to maintain a strong brand image.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Utilize available data to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Customer-Centric Approaches: Ensure customer-centric approaches in all GTM strategies, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
- Program Development and Execution: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional and digital media, content marketing, social media, and public relations.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating funds effectively across different initiatives.
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
