Medical Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Revere Physiotherapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide basic information to clients and the public.
- Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, operate switchboard or telephone system, and relay information.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, and perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, arrange teleconferences, and provide directory assistance.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language Skills: English language proficiency required.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Word processing software, and electronic mail.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
