Job Title: Medical Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Revere Physiotherapy. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets patients and visitors, directs them to the appropriate area, and provides basic information as needed.
  • Operates the switchboard or telephone system, answers calls, and relays messages to staff members.
  • Processes information required to provide customer service, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Performs various administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining work records, and receiving and issuing payments.
  • Provides directory assistance, emergency services, and relay services to persons with disabilities.
  • Assists with data entry, customer service, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a medical or administrative setting is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
