We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ANDY GILL PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and appointments, as well as maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and appointments
- Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our team and clients
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our team and contributing to the success of our organization.
Requirements:- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
