We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at PB and J YYC. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of food service staff, ensuring that high-quality food and service meet customer expectations.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in meal preparation, inventory control, and staff supervision. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that menu items are prepared to the highest standards, and that customers receive exceptional service.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of food service staff;
  • Ensuring that high-quality food and service meet customer expectations;
  • Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed;
  • Preparing budget and cost estimates;
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, stock, and waste;
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner;
  • Working collaboratively with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions;

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry;
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
