Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at S&J Canada Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a seamless shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail sales environment
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
