This role is part of our Guest Support team, which manages crucial platforms for customer support, aligning their work with business objectives and ensuring efficient project delivery.
The Senior Engineer will own the release calendar for the contact center technical team, lead all technical steps related to a Salesforce Service Cloud release, from DEV to Production, and manage the entire CICD pipeline for a technology team.
Responsibilities:
- Owning, creating, and leading the Technology Release Calendar
- Executing on Salesforce releases
- Maintaining, updating, and improving CICD pipelines
- Promoting changes through multiple environments
- Partnering with developers to resolve merge conflicts
- Creating change tickets, getting approvals, and contributing to release activities
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Estimated Salary Range: $123,500 - $154,400 per year
