About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Syrus Enterprises Ltd. as a key member of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, discussing merchandise, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Coordination: Assist in the display of merchandise, prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Training and Development: Will train and develop skills in sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Support for Diverse Groups: Offers support for newcomers and refugees, youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities through on-the-job training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 35 hours per week.
