Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.

Job Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Manager Health Services, the Registered Nurse will provide independent nursing services, administer prescribed medical treatments, and coordinate patient care and discharge. The successful candidate will have recent surgical nursing experience and be registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.
  • Administer prescribed medical treatments and coordinate patient care and discharge.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in professional development and continuing education to maintain current knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
  • Current CRNM registration.
  • Recent surgical nursing experience.
  • Active participation in professional associations e.g. Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred.
