We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our Corporate business unit at Behaviour Interactive. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a close partnership with managers to achieve Behaviour Interactive's goals and objectives.
- Coach and guide managers and employees to promote harmonious working relationships and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure a systemic and thoughtful approach to HR aspects, including performance management, talent development, and change management.
- Review and analyze company parameters, including employee experience data, to recommend continuous improvements.
- Participate in the development of Behaviour Interactive's vision and culture as an ambassador for our values.
- Collaborate with the HR Projects and HR Operations teams on diversity and inclusion, mental health, onboarding, and employee recognition initiatives.
- 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 4-5 years as an HR Business Partner.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations and work in a constantly evolving environment.
- Thorough knowledge of Canadian labor and employment laws.
- CRHA/CRIA certification, an asset.
- Proficiency in French and English, with the ability to communicate and draft documents in both languages.
