Job Title: Pharmacy Technical Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at VRPATEL HEALTH SERVICES INC.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Technical Assistant will provide administrative support to our pharmacy team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. This role will involve maintaining inventories, preparing medications, and performing general clerical duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prescriptions and medications
  • Enter client information into databases and maintain inventory levels
  • Prepare medications for clients and ensure accurate billing
  • Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including medications and pharmaceutical products
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
