About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Keyholder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash handling and inventory, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and colleagues
  • Manage cash handling and inventory, including opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with sales and operational tasks, including receiving and processing shipments
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a keyholder or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
