We are seeking a skilled and motivated Keyholder to support our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the efficient operation of our Royalmount location. As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and inclusive customer experience, building relationships with clients, and driving sales through effective wardrobing and styling.

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations
• Create a personalized shopping experience for customers, including fitting room consultations and wardrobe recommendations
• Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and visual display
• Maintain accurate cash handling and reconciliation procedures

• 1+ years of prior retail experience
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
• Fashion knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date on current trends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
