About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Executive to oversee the operations and maintenance of our Vancouver designer outlet centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer satisfaction is maximised and high standards for the centre are always set and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement facility management policies in conjunction with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee supplier relationships and contracts for facility services such as cleaning, gardening and security.
  • Provide proactive, efficient and effective management of the centre, ensuring that our guests are at the heart of everything we do.

Requirements

  • A technical qualification such as IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of local legislation and facilities in a commercial environment.
  • Project management experience.
  • Building standards knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate IT skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
