We are seeking a Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Professional who will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, exceeding their expectations, and driving sales growth. This role is an integral part of the Weins Auto Group team and requires a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our pre-owned vehicle inventory, including features, benefits, and competitive pricing.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and solutions that meet their goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- A valid OMVIC sales license or willingness to obtain, with accommodation provided in accordance with AODA.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
