Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable DZ driver to join our team at MancoHR in Burlington. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.

Compensation Package

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary of $22 per hour, paid on a weekly basis for a 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday). This is a full-time opportunity with regular working hours and a stable income stream.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate DZ vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations;
  • Ensure the proper loading and unloading of goods, maintaining a safe working environment;
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting any issues or concerns;
  • Maintain accurate records of driving time, miles driven, and other relevant data;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transportation operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A valid DZ driver's license with a clean driving record;
  • At least 2 years of experience operating heavy vehicles, preferably in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job, including long hours of driving and lifting/carrying loads.
