  • Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Driver Fleet Safety Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all office administrative procedures, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Supervise and train office staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Train staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced office environment. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.

Language and Computer Skills
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Personal Suitability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Reliable and organized with a strong attention to detail.
