Job Summary

Mobilinq Wireless Accessories & Repairs is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring that all financial activities are conducted in a transparent and accountable manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Investment Strategy Development
    • Design and implement investment strategies to optimize returns and minimize risk.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to inform investment decisions.
  • Financial Operations Oversight
    • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Monitor and control budget and expenditures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate financial information and analysis to non-financial stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
  • Financial Systems and Processes
    • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of financial systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Experience
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
    • Skills
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
      • Attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Dependability and organizational skills.
      • Flexibility and adaptability.
