Operations Manager Job Description

Forever Joy Technology and Trading Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the company in official functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years or more of experience.
  • Paramedical services coverage.
  • Ability to work in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
