- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that our sales team has the necessary products to meet customer demands.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the sales team's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
