We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Lucia Richardson Home Care. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist clients with medication management, ensuring they take their medications as prescribed.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring clients have access to the essentials.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate clients' needs.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
