Ramboll is a global leader in the field of electrical infrastructure, and we are seeking an experienced Substation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Power Systems Department, you will be responsible for managing complex substation projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

With a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, you will be able to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and consultants to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art substation facilities. Your expertise will be essential in guiding and reviewing designs, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards, and fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage complex substation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and consultants to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art substation facilities.
  • Guide and review designs, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and excellence.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical infrastructure management, with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
  • Professional Engineering License preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of utility practices, industry codes and standards (NESC, IEEE, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
