Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Implement and maintain a robust food safety program to prevent contamination and foodborne illnesses.
  • Culinary Operations
    • Oversee the daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
    • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
    • Implement cost-saving measures to reduce food waste and optimize inventory levels.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including responding to feedback and concerns.
    • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
  • Strong inventory management and cost-control skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
