We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food products, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Quality and Safety
- Ensure that all food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Implement and maintain a robust food safety program to prevent contamination and foodborne illnesses.
- Culinary Operations
- Oversee the daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Inventory Management
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Implement cost-saving measures to reduce food waste and optimize inventory levels.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including responding to feedback and concerns.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Proven track record of maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
- Strong inventory management and cost-control skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
