Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and food quality.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring efficient meal preparation and service.
- Train and develop our team members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and wastage.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and lifting.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work effectively in a team setting. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
