Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, including staff supervision, inventory management, customer service, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a retail management role.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
