Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at AYAT MATTRESS MANUFACTURING LIMITED.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments by cheque and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of customer service.
