Food Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Adobo Fresh Burrito. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that all staff are performing at their best, and implementing operational procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor staff performance to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
- Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Recruitment: Recruit and hire new staff members as needed to maintain a high level of service.
- Service Offerings: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that they are delivered to the highest standard.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
