Job Description

As a Project Administrator at IDL Projects Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management staff with daily duties such as scheduling, timekeeping, and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare periodic client project reports as required.
  • Maintain project files and assist project management staff with managing and compiling necessary documents.
  • Coordinate project personnel travel requirements and interact with head office accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
  • Assist project management staff with purchasing and interact with owners, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Design and maintain documentation for project tracking, personnel scheduling, and other administrative duties.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a construction project-based administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision and ability to motivate and supervise more junior administrators and support roles.
  • Superior time-management skills to meet deadlines handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
