Portfolio Manager, Risk Analysis and Governance

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge in portfolio management?
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the review of the IB Project Portfolio in terms of health, risks, issues, and dependencies across all areas and countries.
You will collaborate with the team to deliver the portfolio prioritization methodology by assessing opportunity areas and conducting reviews to prioritize the portfolio based on alignment to the Bank's strategic priorities.
Additionally, you will support the implementation and management of portfolio management methodologies by acting as a trusted advisor and liaison with leaders and teams across Enterprise Governance, Enterprise Strategy, and Local/Country's Portfolio Management Offices, as well as Delivery/Project Managers.
You will contribute to identifying and addressing change requirements for processes and initiatives to improve IB's business performance and portfolio governance.
Furthermore, you will manage the maintenance and deployment of portfolio management tool (CA PPM) and processes to provide a reliable, controlled environment for project and portfolio reporting, including supporting internal operational processes required for portfolio integrity (e.g., meta data and financials).
You will directly contribute to the production of monthly/quarterly portfolio reporting as required.
Support and encourage a customer-focused culture across the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
Ensure adherence to IB PMO and Enterprise minimum governance standards.
Support the TSA process for regional projects.
Develop day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank's risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits. Communicate the Bank's risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout the team.
What skills do you need to succeed in this role?
- Project management
- 1+ years of experience in Banking or Project Management
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail
- Organization and project management skills, with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal for interacting with offices with varying cross-cultural and language differences
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint for the preparation and creation of presentations
- Experience in CA PPM tool, Power BI, and data visualization
- Spanish language fluency is an asset
