About the Role
  • Assess the cybersecurity risk posture of one or more business units, ensuring alignment with Canadian and international regulatory frameworks.
  • Provide tactical and strategic guidance to business and technical teams to achieve acceptable security risk postures.
  • Maintain and communicate indicators (progress, performance, risk) to stakeholders.

Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience in information security.
  • Experience with recognized risk assessment tools and knowledge of main cyber regulatory frameworks for financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of one of the main regulatory frameworks surrounding personal information protection.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

This salary estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of expertise required for this role.
