About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist who will be instrumental in defining how security can enable business initiatives. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our organization meets security best practices, as well as applicable contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Continuous Security Risk Management Framework: Develop and implement a comprehensive security risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to develop, implement, and monitor corrective action plans related to security compliance issues or audit deficiencies.
  • Define Processes and Automate Controls: Collaborate with stakeholders to define processes and automate information security controls, exceptions, risks, testing, and evidence gathering.
  • Develop Reporting Metrics and Dashboards: Design and develop reporting metrics and dashboards to track security performance and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements
  • Formal Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years of cumulative hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge & Experience: Proven experience in developing and implementing governance, risk, and compliance strategies, as well as broad knowledge of defense-in-depth security concepts and best practices.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude and agile mindset.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan.
