Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Chevron. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff, and assigning duties.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure efficient and effective daily operations, including managing staff and assigning duties.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 people, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Study Market Research and Trends: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the team is operating within budget.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess staffing needs and make recommendations to ensure the team has the necessary resources to meet its objectives.
- Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise to meet its objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
