Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Chevron. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff, and assigning duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that the business is operating within budget.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- 3-4 years of experience in a management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- 35-40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
