As a Banquet Server at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse team that is dedicated to providing world-class service and authentic experiences.
Our work environment is built on a strong commitment to excellent service, creativity, and innovation. We are looking for someone with a passion for serving our guests and a dedication to teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure guests' needs are fully attended to in a function setting.
* Gather and transport all supplies required for function setup.
* Set tables and back-of-house prep space according to service standards.
* Prepare mise-en-place for events.
* Serve food and beverage components as per Four Seasons' standards.
Requirements:
* Previous experience serving is required.
* Previous experience in catering work or high-volume functions is preferred.
* Strong command of the English language.
* Comfortable lifting and carrying 20+ pounds.
* Excellent commitment to service.
* Must have Serving it Right Certificate.
* Ability to work in Canada.
