Job Description
  • We are looking for a baker who can lead our baking team and ensure that all baked goods meet the highest quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in baking

As a Head Baker at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for:

Preparation and Production: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders. Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Leadership and Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food. Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, and schedule staff as needed.

Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure high-quality standards are met. Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
