Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Stefab Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 16-20 people.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
