Senior Licensed Associate, Wealth Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Licensed Associate to join our team at Blue Chip Recruiting Ltd. in Calgary. As a key member of our Multi-Family Office team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and internal partners in their wealth management needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process client accounts and perform complex activities related to global reporting and proactive wealth planning.
  • Manage client relationships with a focus on providing exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Assist with business development by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and using CRM tools to develop pipeline and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and discretion when interacting with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable discussing personal information.
  • Commit to rigorous follow-up on client transactions to ensure proper processing and minimize errors.
  • Act as a general resource person for clients, preparing letters, client communication pieces, and responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on policy and procedure changes within the firm and industry, maintaining current knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Current or immediately eligible for IIROC Investment Representative or RR licensing (CSC, CPH).
  • Completion of a financial planning designation such as WME, PFP, or CFP is an asset.
  • A minimum of 5+ years' industry experience, preferably in wealth management, financial planning, or investment operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.
  • Demonstrate a reliable work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing work requirements.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Financial Services software.
  • Undergraduate degree in a business-related field.
