Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Trikon Painting Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including painters and decorators.
  • Prepare and manage production reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material requisition and equipment maintenance.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to work outdoors and in various environments.
